Employee of the Quarter
“Shirley Gilligan strives to deliver her best Customer Service to each and every constituent visiting our office, catering to their individual needs and preferred types of communication. Ms. Gilligan has received a number of compliments from the public saying how nice she was to work with and that she went above and beyond in helping them with what they needed. In addition to the customer service she provides, Ms. Gilligan also provides quality work, taking a lot of pride in the results she produces. Often, quality control checks herself, resulting in very minimal errors, if any at all. As her manager, I am excited to see Ms. Gilligan receive employee of the quarter as it is very well deserved, and I am even more excited to see her continue to grow not only in her role here in the Assessor’s Office, but in the County in general.
