The Santa Fe County Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce the launch of the #KidsVote initiative, a fun and educational opportunity for children to learn about voting with a hands-on voting experience. Available at select early voting locations, #KidsVote allows young future voters to accompany their parents or guardians to the polls and cast their own mock ballot with non-political questions such as their favorite ice cream flavor, day of the week, and more.

    The Elections and Voting division is responsible for running fair and lawful elections within Santa Fe County and maintaining voter information and registrations.

  • Clerk of the Commission and ex-officio Clerk of the Probate Judge:

    The Clerk serves as an apostille to official documents, serves as witness to BCC meetings and provides clerk support for the Probate judge.
