Important Dates and Information

January 18th - Special Election Published: View Proclamation

February 5th - Ballots for FQE overseas voters are sent

February 22nd- Last day to register to vote online; ballots to US addresses begin mailing

March 15th - Election boards to begin tabulating mail-in ballots

March 21st - Election Day, drop boxes will lock at 7pm. The County Clerk's Office must have your ballot by 7 pm for it to count.

March 31st - County Canvassing Board to Certify Election Results

AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ABORTINO PROVIDERS IN THE TOWN OF EDGEWOOD, NEW MEXICO TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW: PROVIDING FOR A PRIVATE RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ANY PERSON USING THE MAILS, EXPRESS COMPANY, COMMON CARRIER OR INTERACTIVE COMPUTER SERVICE TO SHIP, DELIVER, OR RECEIVE ARTICLES OR THINGS THAT CAN BE USED FOR ABORTIONS IN VIOLATION OF 18 U.S.C. SECTION 1461 (COMSTOCK ACT)
