NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SANTA FE COUNTY AT 4:00 P.M. ON JANUARY 13, 2015, CONCERNING COMPLETED AND PROPOSED CDBG PROJECTS WITHIN SANTA FE COUNTY
The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County (County) will hold a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. on January 13, 2015, at which there will be public hearings concerning completed and proposed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects within the County. The special meeting will be held in the BCC’s Chambers in the County Administrative Building located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
The completed project is CDBG Project No. 12-C-NR-I-01-G-36, the construction of improvements to the Greater Glorieta Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association. The benefits and other information concerning this completed project will be discussed at the public hearing.
The proposed project portion of the public hearing will include information about the CDBG program, including estimates of the amount of funds expected to be made available this fiscal year and the range of activities that may be undertaken with CDBG funds. In addition, the BCC will accept citizen recommendations concerning the community development and housing needs of the County. After conclusion of the public hearing, the BCC may select a project for which it will seek CDBG funds via an application to the Local Government Division of the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration.
Other items may also appear on the agenda for this special meeting. At least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting, the final agenda for this meeting shall be posted in a conspicuous and appropriate place at the County Administrative Building located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501 and on the County’s internet web site, http://www.santafecountynm.gov/.
