NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR SPECIAL MEETING

The Santa Fe County (County) Board of Registration will hold a special meeting on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Plaza Conference Room located on the second floor of the County Administration Complex, 240 Grant Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87501. The primary purpose of this meeting is to review the list of eligible voters pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 1-4-28(E) (2019).

In addition to any other or different items of business that appear on the final, amended agenda (if any) for the meeting, the agenda for this special meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Approval of the Agenda. (Action Item)
4. Approval of Minutes for the March 5, 2025, Board of Registration Meeting. (Action Item)
5. Approval of Minutes for the March 7, 2025, Board of Registration Meeting. (Action Item)
6. Adjournment. (Action Item)

ATTENDANCE

The Board of Registration strives to make its meetings accessible to the public through alternatives to in-person attendance such as virtual meeting platforms. However, the availability of those virtual meeting alternatives is not guaranteed due to internet and other service disruptions and equipment failures, and duly noticed meetings may be held notwithstanding that those alternatives are unexpectedly unavailable. Members of the public assume the risk that they may be unable to watch and listen and/or participate in Board of Registration meetings through such alternatives.
