Notice is hereby given that the County Development Committee (CDRC) will be holding three workshops on the County Land Development Code update (draft available for public review at www.santafecountynm.gov) The workshops will be held as follows:
July 7, 2009 at 5:00 PM
July 15, 2009 at 5:00 PM
August 19, 2009 at 5:00 PM
In addition to the workshops the CDRC will conduct their regularly scheduled meetings on July 16, 2009 and AUGUST 20, 2009 at 4:00 PM. All workshops and meetings will be held in the Commission Chambers, in the Santa Fe County Courthouse, at 102 Grant Ave. Agendas are available from the Land use office at www.santafecountynm.gov
Sustainable Land Development Code Update and SF County Sustainable Growth Plan
The Santa County Development Committee (CDRC) will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, July 15th at 5:00 PM. The CDRC meeting will include an update on the Sustainable Growth Plan, specifically the Community Planning Section, the Community Participation Process, and the Capital Improvements Program.
There will also be a presentation by Robert Freilich on the first five chapters of the Sustainable Land Development Code Update. This CDRC agenda is attached to this email.
The CDRC will hold a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 16th at 4:00pm to hear the first five chapters of the Sustainable Land Development Code.
Both CDRC meetings will be held in the Commission Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of the County Administrative Office at 102 Grant Ave.
