The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998 require that the Santa Fe County Housing Authority prepare a 5-year Plan covering operations of the Housing Authority’s Programs. The Housing Authority is amending the 5-Year Plan. All supporting documentation is available for review at the Santa Fe County Housing Authority’s Administration Building located at 52 Camino de Jacobo in Santa Fe, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. the Santa Fe County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing (during their regularly scheduled meeting) to receive comments on the plan. The meeting will take place in the legal conference room at the County Courthouse located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
