Ribbon Cutting for Lower Trail Head at Arroyo Hondo Open Space
The Santa Fe County Open Space and Trails Program is proud to announce the opening of the lower trail head at Arroyo Hondo Open Space. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Friday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at the trailhead, located on Arroyo Hondo Road, just west of I-25.
Directions: From Old Pecos Trail and Saint Michaels Drive head South on Old Pecos Trail. Turn left on Old Las Vegas Hwy. Continue down Old Las Vegas Highway through the light at El Gancho Way. Take your next right onto Arroyo Hondo Rd. Parking area is 200 yards down on your right. Parking is available on either side of Arroyo Hondo Rd past the entrance into the parking area. Due to the limited spaces for parking (8), we would greatly appreciate carpooling.
