Santa Fe County Assessor’s Office - Community Outreach
The County Assessor’s Office Appraisal staff will be available at various Senior and Community Centers around Santa Fe County during the month of April to help residents understand their Notice of Values.
Appraisal staff will help residents understand their Notice of Value, answer questions, and address any comments or concerns related to their Notice of Values. Staff will have the necessary paperwork to protest values, apply for valuation freezes and various exemptions (example: Head of Household, Veteran, Agricultural, etc.). Please bring your 2014 Notice of Value and copies of any documentation that you would wish to provide. You may also visit the Office of the Santa Fe County Assessor, 102 Grant Ave., April 1 through May 1, 2014 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to file appeals, as questions or file for exemptions.
