NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County
will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
During the meeting, the BCC will temporarily recess and convene as the
County Canvassing Board for the purpose of canvassing the election
results of the City of Espanola’s March 3, 2020, municipal election.
AGENDA
At least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting, the final
agenda for this special meeting will be posted on the main doors of the
County Administration Complex and on the County’s internet web site,
http://www.santafecountynm.gov/.
IN-PERSON PUBLIC ATTENDANCE PROHIBITED;
ALTERNATIVES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
In accordance with the public health emergency declared by the
Governor and the Secretary of Health’s Public Health Emergency
Orders, in-person attendance at the special meeting will be limited to
County Commissioners, critical staff, and credentialed members of the
press.

County’s website, www.santafecountynm.gov. Members of the public
may also listen and, if allowed by the Chair, speak at the meeting by
