Approval of Construction Agreement with CBKN Dirtworks, Inc. in the Amount of $273,804.69; 2. Approval of Budget Increase to 8160860.572970 (WIP – BuRRT Wetland Liner Replacement) from 816.100700 (Capital Improvement Reserve Fund Cash) in the Amount of $273,804.69.
B. Request for Approval of Services Agreement with Natural Evolution, Inc. of Tulsa, OK, for Electronic Waste Recycling Services for the Buckman Road Recycling and Transfer Station in the Amount of $45,000 (RFP No. '20/35/P).
C. Request for Approval to Repair Unit 1344 (Caterpillar 836H Landfill Compactor) by Wagner Equipment Company of Albuquerque, NM, under ITB No. '20/27/B in the Amount of $51,884.70.
D. Request for Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with NewGen Strategies and Solutions, LLC of Austin, TX, for Cost of Service Study for the Santa Fe Solid Waste Management Agency under Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Contract No. HP10-17; and 1. Extend the Term of the Agreement through August 16, 2021. 2. Increase the Amount of Compensation by $8,673 for a Total Amount Not-To-Exceed $63,615.
