Santa Fe County has established an Affordable Housing Focus group composed of residents, property owners, developers, realtors, and non-governmental organizations to review the County affordable housing strategy for implementation into the Sustainable Land Development Code. Part of this process is to review the existing affordable housing ordinance and provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.
The Affordable Housing focus group will be held on Thursday, October 6 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, 102 Grant Ave. and will be webcast live at www.santafecountynm.gov
The meeting will include questions and discussion items as well as an opportunity for public comments during the last ½ hour of the meeting.
