NOTICE OF THIRD PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of November, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a third public hearing concerning possible adoption of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2005-05, to increase solid waste permit fees, extending coverage and making clarifying changes; repealing certain provisions of Ordinance 2005-05. Copies of the pro -posed ordinance are available for inspection in the Santa Fe County Clerk's Office, and copies of the proposed ordinance may also be obtained from the Attorney's Office, second floor, Santa Fe
County Administration Building, 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Enduring the meeting of November 10, 2009 at 5:00 p.m., the Board of County Commissioners may take action of the proposed ordinance.
All comments, questions and objections to the proposal may be submitted to the County Attorney, in writing, addressed to P.O. Box 276, Santa Fe, NM 87504-0276.
