Commissioner Kathy Holian in conjunction with the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office will host two Town Hall meetings to discuss dog issues and cat issues as related to the purposed Animal Control Ordinance.
The first Town Hall meeting will involve items related to the dog portion of the proposed ordinance on March 6 at 6 p.m. at the Santa Fe County Fairgrounds, 3229 Rodeo Rd.
The second Town Hall meeting will involve items related to the cat portion of the proposed ordinance on March 20 at 6 p.m. in the Commissioner Chambers, 102 Grant Ave.
Please Note: The draft of the Animal Control Ordinance has not been altered to reflect comments or concerns from the public. The draft will not be revised until all public comment is received. At that time a final revised version will be put forward for public review and approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
