APPLICATION FOR STATE SENATE DISTRICT 6 VACANCY

Santa Fe County is accepting applications from individuals who wish to be recommended by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) to the Governor for appointment to State Senate District 6, which is vacant due to the passing of former Senator Carlos Cisneros. Interested individuals must submit a notarized application, letter of interest, and resume by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019, to be considered.
At its November 12, 2019, regular meeting, the Board will consider the applications and determine which applicant to submit to the Governor pursuant to Section 2-8D-4(B)(2)(a) NMSA 1978.
Applications, letters of interest, and resumes must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019. Please download the required application from the following link:
