Celebrate Santa Fe County Day at the New Mexico State Capitol!

Santa Fe, NM–Santa Fe County invites residents and visitors to take part in Santa Fe County Day at the New Mexico State Capitol on Tuesday, February 18, 2025—a unique opportunity to connect with local government and celebrate the culture, history, and services that make our community thrive.

From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the West Hall of History will feature exhibits, informative discussions, and interactive booths featuring county programs and services. Elected officials and county staff will be on hand to answer questions, share insights, and highlight the vital work being done to serve the people of Santa Fe County.

In a special recognition of the county’s contributions, the New Mexico Legislature will formally declare "Santa Fe County Day" in both the House and Senate, underscoring the essential role of local government in shaping a vibrant, prosperous future.

This celebration isn’t just about governance—it’s about community, culture, and collaboration. Attendees will have the chance to learn how Santa Fe County’s policies, projects, and services directly impact their daily lives while also honoring the rich heritage that makes our region so unique.
