County Residents Please Complete the Santa Fe Underage Drinking Prevention Alliance Survey
Santa Fe County Residents:
The Santa Fe Underage Drinking Prevention Alliance, in partnership with the Santa Fe Public Schools, invites you to participate in a survey of Santa Fe County residents. The survey asks about whether you’ve seen or heard of various prevention efforts in your community, your perceptions and attitudes about drinking and driving, and a few questions about yourself. This survey should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. No identifying information about you will be associated with your responses on this survey. Your responses will remain completely anonymous.
In appreciation for the time you spend to complete this survey, you are eligible to win a $25 Gas Card.
