Santa Fe County residents can now call 820-CNTY (2689) - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - to report service needs, check the status of previous service requests, obtain information regarding County programs and events, voice concerns or suggest a solution to a problem.

The purpose of 820-CNTY is to improve the overall customer experience when County residents interact with their government.  Using a centralized communications center, 820-CNTY will improve communication among departments and reduce response time to resident requests.

All calls to 820-CNTY (2689) are handled by a live operator during business hours and all calls to voice mail are returned within 24 hours – except on weekends.  820-CNTY is accessible seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

820-CNTY provides County residents with one easy-to-remember number to access non-emergency County government services.  Residents who would rather email can use cnty@santafecounty.org.  Residents, for whom 820-CNTY is a long distance call, can call toll-free 877-215-5463.  All emergency calls should still go through 911.
