COUNTY HOSTS OPEN HOUSE TO PREVIEW NEW JUDICIAL COMPLEX 

Santa Fe– August 31, 2007 – Santa Fe County invites the community to an Open House on Wednesday, September 5^th, 2007, to preview the County’s new Judicial Complex. The event is scheduled to run from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the BCC Chambers at 102 Grant Ave. Presentations from Judges, architects, designers, project managers, and County staff will begin at 3:00 pm and will be repeated at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session.

 Presentation 

• Judge:Why Santa Fe County needs a new courthouse.

• NCAwill discuss the architectural component and the significance of the building and it’s keeping with Santa Fe tradition. (10 min)

• Gerald Martinwill discuss their role, the process, and schedule. (10 min)

• Santa FeCountystaff will discuss the budget and how the project is going to move forward and its effect on the community before, during and after construction. (10 min)
