Creative Santa Fe/ArtSpace Projects Survey

Creative Santa Fe/ArtSpace Projects Survey

Santa Fe, NM – June 11, 2013 - Santa Fe County is one of a variety of partners for a survey exploring the potential of creating affordable spaces where creatives and artists of all disciplines may work/live and pursue their creative production. Creative Santa Fe, the City of Santa Fe and Artspace Projects, a national non-profit organization, have teamed up to explore the potential for spaces in Santa Fe where creative organizations and businesses can thrive.

“The need for affordable living/work space is high in Santa Fe County, and particularly for our artists, musicians, writers, and all creative individuals within the County. This survey will inform all parties involved of the needs in the community,” said David W. Griscom, Economic Development Manager.

Santa Fe County is asking all artists, writers, musicians, etc. to take this quick survey, as input is critical in demonstrating a need for affordable space for the creative community in Santa Fe.

The results will help build support for the development of affordable spaces. In addition, responses will influence the locations and type of new spaces, design features, amenities, programs, and affordability.
