Customer Notice for Rancho Viejo Windmill Ridge 4
Santa Fe- March 4, 2011- Santa Fe County Utilities Department would like to remind Rancho Viejo Windmill Ridge 4 customers that as previously notified, once water system improvements are complete you will experience the benefits of normal water pressure in the system (between 90 PSI and 105 PSI) beginning Monday, March 7, 2011.
“In this start up residents may experience discolored water, if discoloration occurs residents are encouraged to run their water for a few minutes and it should clear up,” said Joshua Romero, Santa Fe County Utilities Maintenance Technician.
By Code, your home water supply line should have been installed with a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and if this is working properly, you should not experience any fixture malfunction due to the new pressures in the system. If you do experience any malfunction, please contact your plumber to check your home PRV or repair any leaks.
If you have any questions or for more information contact the Utilities Department (505) 992-9870.
