Santa Fe County would like to remind everyone that the last day for submitting comments on the Public Review Draft of the Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC) (PRD) September 2012, is Friday, October 26, 2012.You may submit comments on the SLDC, Public Review Draft in a variety ways:

Once all comments have been considered and addressed, the County will send a response to those who provided comments. In addition, the County will draft a public input report which will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners and posted on our website.

We recognize the need for additional public review beyond October 26th and will scope and schedule a Phase II Public Review Process with a focus on the zoning map, proposed revisions and additions based on the Phase I public input and further internal analysis.
