El Dorado Bus Service Begins
Santa Fe – March 28, 2007 – Santa Fe County’s first transportation project begins
service Monday, April 2nd at 6:05 AM. The project, called the G-Line (The Greater
Eldorado Express), will be providing bus transportation between Eldorado and Santa
Fe. “We’re excited to finally have this project up and running” says Santa Fe County
Commissioner Jack Sullivan who represents the Eldorado/285 area “A lot of hard work
and coordination has gone into bringing us to this point.” Commissioner Sullivan’s
$13,600 investment of discretionary funds initiated the process that has resulted in the
strategic partnership bringing the project on-line.
There will be a Grand Opening of the G-Line on Saturday, March 31st at noon at the
Agora Shopping Center. The G-Line schedule will be available at santafecounty.org.
