Tonight’s Extraterritorial Land Use Commission meeting has been cancelled. The meeting agenda was not posted prominently three days before the meeting in the Santa Fe County Administration building, thus violating the County’s public notification regulations. County public meeting notification regulations require a public notice of the meeting in the newspaper, both the meeting notice and agenda to be available on www.santafecountynm.gov, both of which occurred, additionally, the meeting agenda must be posted prominently in the County Administration building. A new date for the meeting will be posted soon.
