INSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FOR SANTA FE COUNTY PRECINCT BOARDS

 

Geraldine Salazar, Santa Fe County Clerk, announces the schedule of MANDATORYElection Schools for poll workers for the June 3,2014, Primary Election. The sessions are held on different days and times to accommodate the needs of assigned workers and workers-on-standby, both of whom must attend a class.

 

The classes last about 2.5 hours; workers must plan to attend the entire class. Three classes are specifically for workers who are Presiding Judges. (The two other positions at precincts are Clerks and Judges.)

 

Thursday, May 1 at 6 pm

SF County Warehouse – All poll workers

 

Tuesday, May 6 at 10 am

SF County Warehouse – New poll workers

 

Thursday, May 8 at 6 pm

SF County Warehouse – Presiding Judge’s only

Monday, May 12 at 10 am

SF County Warehouse – All poll workers

 

Wednesday, May 14 at 6 pm

SF County Warehouse – Presiding Judge’s only

 

Thursday, May 15 at 6 pm

Pojoaque Middle School – All poll workers

 

Monday, May 19 at 10 am 

SF County Warehouse – Presiding Judge’s only/LAST DAY 

 

Monday, May 19 at 6 pm

SF County Warehouse – New poll workers

 

Wednesday, May 21 at 6 pm

SF County Warehouse – All poll workers

 

Thursday, May 22 at 6 pm

Stanley Community Center – All poll workers

 

Workers-on-standby must attend one of these sessions.The Clerk will be appointing election workers up to and including on Election Day, well after the last class.
