Santa Fe County will be hosting a community open house to review the Galisteo Community Overlay Draft and proposed zoning. These documents will implement the Galisteo Community Plan and be a guide for future development and land use for the Galisteo area of Santa Fe County. As part of the Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC) amendment process, the Galisteo Community District Overlay will be presented to the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) at two public hearings to be considered for adoption. The proposed zoning will also be presented to the BCC to be considered for adoption as part of the Official Zoning Map. The open houses will take place on: Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and Thursday, June 25, 2015 6:00pm-8:00pm The event will be held at The Galisteo Community Center at 35 Avenida Vieja in Galisteo, NM.
