Join Santa Fe County For a Free Health Screening and Health Insurance Enrollment Event!

Santa Fe County is hosting a free health screening event on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Turquoise Trail Fire Station on Highway 14. Look for the Mobile Health Van and stop by to have your blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol checked or just stop by to ask our Registered Nurse questions.

In conjunction with the health screenings, Santa Fe County is co-hosting an open health insurance enrollment event. If you are between the ages of 19 and 64, are a U.S. citizen or lawfully present immigrant and live in New Mexico, and you meet certain household income requirements you can get enrolled in free or low-cost health insurance. If you are interested in the health insurance enrollment, you will need to bring proof of ID, proof of Citizenship or legal residence (for everyone applying in a household) and proof of income.

The Turquoise Trail Fire Station is located at 3877 State Highway 14. It is across from the San Marcos Market and at the intersection of NM 14 and Turquoise Trail Court.
