Los Pinos Road (CR 54) / Arroyo de los Chamisos Crossing Detour
A detour for traffic on Los Pinos Road (CR 54) at the Arroyo de los Chamisos crossing will be in place on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. This detour will allow roadway improvements including construction of a new all-weather crossing. The detour is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, and is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2018.
The speed limit will be reduced to 15 miles per hour in the detour. All residents will have access through Los Pinos Road and to their residences at all times.
No trucks will be allowed that are over 5 tons during the construction of the all-weather crossing. Please find an alternative route.
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should expect minor delays and allow additional time to negotiate this work zone.
