Below is a summary of the actions taken by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC).  All five Commissioners were present.

  • ·         Resolution No. 2014-38, Confirming Santa Fe County’s commitment to Fair Housing, establishing a Citizen Participation Plan, establishing a Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan, adopting a Section 3 Plan, confirming its commitment to abide by relevant procurement policies and regulation, all as required by the United States Housing and Urban Development Block Grant Program Requirements

  • ·         BCC Case # PCEV 14-5110 HeatherMcCreaVacationof Easement.  HeatherMccrea, Applicant, Santa FeCounty, Agent, request approval to vacate a platted twenty foot (20’) wide pipeline right of way easement and tank site easement on two lots totaling 8.80 acres.  The easement will be relocated on-site.  The property is located in the Traditional Community of Chupadero at 64A Paseo Encantado NE, within Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 10 East.  Passed 3-1 (Commissioner Stefanicsvoting against, Commissioner Holian was not present for the vote)
  • ·         CDRC Case #V 14-5070 JudithMooreVariance.  JudithMoore, Applicant, requests a variance of Article 4, Section 4.2 of Ordinance No 2008-10 (Flood Damage and Stormwater Management) to allow a family transfer land division of 3.44 acres into two (2) lots that do not meet all weather access requirements.  The property is located at 22 Santa Cruz Dam Road, in the vicinity of Chimayo, within Section 7, Township 20 North, Range 10 East.  Passed 4-0 (Commissioner Holian was not present for the vote)
  • ·         CDRC Case #APP 14-5041 MichaelVelardeAppealMichaelVelarde, Applicant, is appealing the County Development Review’s decision to approve a Home Occupation Business Registration for a Pet Crematorium on 2.5 acres.  The property is located t 40 Vista DelMonte, within the Valle Lindo Subdivision, within Section 25, Township 16 North, Range 8 East.  Passed 3-1 (Commissioner Mayfieldvoting against.  Commissioner Holian was not present for the vote)
