May 29, 2018 BCC Summary

 

Below is a summary of the actions taken by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC) at their regular meeting on May 29, 2018.  All five (5) Commissioners were present. 

 

The BCC meeting minutes from the April 24, 2018 Board of County Commissioners Meeting were approved by a unanimous vote, 5-0.

 

Employee Recognition

·         Recognition of New Santa Fe County Employees.

·         Recognition of Years of Service of Santa Fe County Employees.

o   Five (5) Years:                    Iris Cordova- CMO/Purchasing

Danielle Tennyson- CSD/Health and Human Services

o   Ten (10) Years: Dale Lucero- CMO/IT

Final Orders

·         Case No. MIS 18-5000 Dorothy Montoya Plat Amendment. Dorothy Montoya, Applicant, requested a partial plat vacation to allow lot 7 of the Vista de Sandia Subdivision to have an accessory dwelling unit. The property is located at 33 N Paseo De Angel Road within The La Cienega and La Cieneguilla Community District Overlay, within the Residential Estate Zoning District, within, Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 8 East, (Commission District 3). (Approved 5-0)

·         Resolution No. 2018-049, A Resolution Requesting a Budget Increase to the Fire Operations Fund (244) to Budget State Forestry Revenue to the County Fire Department / $13,248. 

·         Resolution No. 2018- 050, A Resolution Delegating Signature Authority to the County Manager to Complete and Execute All Required Community Development Block Grant Forms, Including any Related Documents, to Receive Reimbursement of Funds for the Re-Roofing of Public Housing Units.
