November 13, 2012 BCC Summary

Santa Fe, NM – November 15, 2012 - Below is a summary of the actions taken by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC). All five Commissioners were present.

The BCC approved the October 9, 2012 BCC Special Study Session minutes, October 9, 2012 regular BCC Minutes and September 25, 2012 BCC Minutes.

The Consent Calendar was unanimoulsy approved.

The Settlement Agreement between OCentro Espirita Beneficente Uniao Do Vegatal, U.S.A., Nucleo Santa Fe and the Aurora Foundation v. Board of County Commissioners of Santa Fe County was approved ( 4-1 with Commissioner Anaya voting against).

Presentations

A presentation was given by Lee Manning of the La Cienega Studio Tour Association

Proclamations

A proclamation recognizing November 15, 2012 as America Recycles Day was unanimously approved.

Resolution No. 2012-150, a resolution in support of Healthy Kid, Healthy Economy program was unanimously approved.

Human Resources Department

The collective bargaining agreement between the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and Santa Fe County was unanimously approved.

Public Hearings

Growth Management Department

BCC CASE # MIS 12-5370 Cordelia O. Roybal Enterprises, LLC Liquor License was unanimously approved.

CDRC CASE # V 12-5200 Robert and Bernadette Anaya Variance was approved (3-2 with Commissioner Kathy Holian and Virginia Vigil voting against).

BCC CASE # MIS 07-5502 Apache Springs Subdivision Extension was unanimously approved.

BCC CASE # MIS 12-5350 Turquoise Trail Subdivision North Phase Time Extension was unanimously approved.

CDRC CASE # S 12-5310 Turquoise Trail Subdivision South Phase was unanimously approved.
