November 24, 2015 BCC Summary

Below is a summary of the actions taken by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC).  Four of the five commissioners were present (Commissioner Anaya was excused).

BCC meeting minutes from the October 27, 2015 meeting were approved by unanimous vote, 4-0.

Final Orders

CDRC Case# V 15-5150 Jude Tercero Variance. Jude Tercero, Applicant, Maria

Cerquera, Agent, Requested a Variance of Ordinance No. 2007-2 (Village of

Agua Fria Zoning District), Section 10.6 (Density and Dimension Standards), to

Allow Three Dwelling Units on 0.962 Acres.  This Request also Included a

Variance of Article V, Section 8.2.1c (Local Roads), of the Land Development

Code as Paseo De Tercero which Services the Property Does Not Meet Local

Road Standards Consisting of Two Ten Foot Driving Lanes, a Minimum Right-of-

Way of Fifty Feet and an All-Weather Driving Surface.

  •          Approved the County Health Care Assistance Claims in the Amount of $104,303.68.
  •          Approved a Water Line Extension and Water Service Agreement between the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish and Santa Fe County for an Extension of Infrastructure and Water Service. 

Resolutions

  •          Resolution No. 2015-161, A Budget Increase to the EMS Health Care Fund (232) for a New Mexico Department of Health Grant for Health Planning and Programing / $13,750.  
  •          Resolution No. 2015-162, A Budget Increase to the Fire Operations Fund (244) Hazmat Grant to Carry Forward the FY-2015 Available Cash Balance for the County Fire Department / $62,136. 
  •          Resolution No. 2015-163, Affirmed the Selection of A Project, Authorizing the Submission of a New Mexico Community Development Block Grant Program Application to the Department of Finance and Administration/Local Government Division for the Project, and Authorizing the County Manager to Act as the Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in All Matters Pertaining to the Application and Santa Fe County’s Participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program.
