October 13, 2015 BCC Summary

Below is a summary of the actions taken by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC).  Four of the five Commissioners were present for the meeting, Commissioner Anaya was excused but attended the meeting at 5:00pm.

The meeting minutes from the September 8, 2015 BCC Meeting were passed by unanimous vote 4-0.

Consent Calendar - All items approved by unanimous vote 3-0, Commissioners Anaya and Holian were not present for the vote.

Final Orders

  •          CDRC CASE # V/MP 14-5490 Saleh Master Plan. Senemar, LLC, Applicant, Design Enginuity, Agent, Requested Master Plan Approval in Conformance with the Community College District Ordinance to Allow a Phased Mixed Use Development on a 64 Acre + Site. The Applicant also Requested a Variance of Ordinance No. 2000-12, Section 6.E.3.C to Allow a No-Outlet Roadway to Exceed 300 Feet and a Variance of Ordinance No. 2000-12, Section 6.7, Road Design Standards. The Site will Take Access off of Richards Avenue.

  •          A Proclamation Proclaiming October 16, 2015, to be World Food Day in Santa Fe. 

Resolutions

  •          Resolution No. 2015-137, Authorizes the Disposition of Fixed Assets in Accordance with State Statute.

  •          Approved Amendment to Contract No. 2015-0128-AO-BT with Pictometry International Corp. in the Amount of $23,975 (Exclusive of Tax), Increasing the Original Contract Amount Above the County Manager’s Signature Authority, for Change Finder Detection Software and Authorization for the County Manager to Execute the Purchase Order and Any Supporting Purchasing Documentation.

  •          TABLED - BCC CASE # MIS 10-5354 Rio Business Park.  Pena Blanca Partnership, James W. Siebert & Associates, Agent, Request an Amendment to a Condition Imposed, By The BCC, On a Master Plan Zoning Amendment to an Existing Zoning Approval and Preliminary and Final Plat and Development Plan Approval to Create Four (4) Commercial Lots an a 31.44 + Acre Parcel to be Utilized as a Commercial/Industrial Use.
