OCTOBER 7, 2014: BIG DAY AT THE CLERK’S OFFICE!

Santa Fe County Clerk, Geraldine Salazar, wants all voters to take note of October 7, 2014, a special day on the election calendar: it is

• the last day to register to vote for the November 4, 2014, General Election,
• the first day to vote absentee in person at the County Building, and
• the first day that the Bureau of Elections can send out Absentee Ballots.

If you like to multi-task, you can both register to vote and vote at the County Building on October 7th only. Or you can register to vote and complete an application for an absentee ballot at the same time.
The County Building is located in downtown Santa Fe on the corner of Palace Avenue and Grant Avenue, directly across the street from Burro Alley. The hours are from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including the lunch hour.
If you have questions, please call the County Clerk’s Office at 986-6280. The Bureau of Elections staff is waiting to help you.
