The Board of County Commissioners has adopted a 3 month emergency moratorium on any drilling in Santa Fe County.

2. Written Comment Period, November 27 through December 21- submit written comments to the Land Use Administrator
3. Public Meeting, December 6(Santa Fe High School)
4. Special Public Hearing, First Public Hearing, January, 2008
5. Adoption, Second Public Hearing, January 29(Administrative Hearing)
