Portion of Camino Real Trail To Be Closed
A portion of the Camino Real Trail will be closed starting Friday, July 14, 2023 until Thursday, July 18th to improve the section of the trail from West Caja Del Oro Grant Road to the conjunction of the trail just after NM 599 bridge.
The closure will allow for trail maintenance and fog sealing, a pavement preservation strategy used to defer surface degradation and extend pavement surface life.
Trail users can still use the trail from Constellation to Agua Fria or the Constellation trail from Siler to downtown Santa Fe.
Santa Fe County has contracted with GM Emulsion to complete the following improvements and upgrades to the trail.
