Primary Election Absentee and Early Voting Information 

Santa Fe – April 30, 2010 – Santa Fe County Clerk, Valerie Espinoza, reminds voters that the Primary Election will be on June 1. The deadline for voter registration is Tuesday, May 4.

Residents have until Tuesday, May 4, at 5:00pm to register to vote in the June 1 Primary Election. The Primary Election is a closed primary and is available to registered major party voters only.

Voters may apply for an absentee ballot by calling the County Clerk’s Office at (505)986-6280.

The first day for Absentee-in-Person voting is Tuesday, May 4, at the County Clerk’s office, 102 Grant Avenue, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturday, May 29 from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Early Voting will begin Saturday, May 15 and will continue through May 29 at five other sites around the County. Early Voting sites will be open Tuesday – Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, and on Saturdays, 10:00am to 6:00pm; closed Sunday and Monday.

Santa Cruz, 153 Camino De Quintana
