Proposed Development Permit and Review Fee Ordinance Available Online for Public Review and Comment
Santa Fe, NM – September 15, 2014 – Santa Fe County has released the Proposed Development Permit and Review Fee Ordinance and Fee Schedule for public comment. The proposed documents are available on the County website at www.santafecountynm.govunder Hot Topics or at www.santafecountynm.gov/sldcunder Quick Info. The proposed Fee Ordinance is consistent with the provisions of the Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC).
The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is currently holding Special SLDC meetings to address possible amendments to the SLDC and proposed SLDC Zoning Map Adoption Draft. All properties have been assigned a zoning classification in accordance with the SLDC. The Sustainable Land Development Code (SLDC) will go into effect when the BCC adopts the zoning map by ordinance. Please see dates, times and locations for the BCC Special Meetings below:
• Special Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meetings on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 6 p.m. at the Pojoaque Valley School Multi-Purpose Building (1797 State Highway 502, Pojoaque, NM)
• Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at 6 p.m. at the Santa Fe County Fair Grounds (3229 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe)
