Public Input Needed on Draft Economic Development Plan
Santa Fe, NM – February 14, 2014- Santa Fe County is in the process of adopting a new Economic Development Plan and is seeking public input. The plan will implement the target industries identified in the Economic Development chapter of the Sustainable Growth Management Plan. The adoption of the new policy will replace the previous Community Business Plan of 2005. The draft plan was presented to the Board of County Commissioners at the February 11, 2014 regular meeting.
The Draft Economic Plan is available online at www.santafecountynm.gov under Hot Topics, along with a copy of the proposed appendix. Santa Fe County will be accepting public comment through Friday, February 28, 2014 at 5 p.m. If you would like to submit a comment please email dgriscom@santafecountynm.gov.
