Public Invited to Land Development Code Update Workshops
The Santa County Development Committee (CDRC) invites County residents to three workshops on the first five chapters of the updated County Land Development Code. Copies of the first five chapters of the Code are available at the County Land Use Office in the County Administration Building, at all County Satellite Offices, and in the Reference section at the Santa Fe and Eldorado Public Libraries. Additional information regarding the Sustainable Growth Plan and the Land Development Code is available at http://www.santafecountynm.gov/about_us/growth_management_department.php. The workshops will be held:
- July 7th @ 5:00 PM
- July 15th @ 5:00 PM
- August 19th @ 5:00 PM
All workshops and meetings will be held in the Commission Chambers, County Administration Building at 102 Grant Ave.
In addition to the workshops, the CDRC will conduct their regularly scheduled meetings on July 16th and August 20th at 4:00 PM.
