Rancho Viejo Boulevard Road Closure on August 10, 2016
Santa Fe County will close the 1.3 mile section of Rancho Viejo Boulevard, south of NM 14 and north of Via Punto Nuevo to vehicular traffic on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. This section of road will be completely closed for the duration of the project, which is expected to last three hours, weather permitting.
The Santa Fe County Public Works Department will apply a fog seal treatment to the recently installed chip seal road surface on Rancho Viejo Boulevard.
During the course of this construction, the Santa Fe County Public Works Department will ensure that all properties in the immediate area of construction will be accessible at all times, however traffic may be delayed to allow for the surface treatment to dry.
Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to seek an alternate route, expect a full detour, and allow additional time to negotiate this work zone. Thank you in advance for your patience, cooperation and use of caution in work zones.
