Rancho Viejo Boulevard Road Improvements Underway
The Santa Fe County Public Works, Roads Maintenance Division, has begun asphalt patching on Rancho Viejo Boulevard, in preparation of a pavement preservation treatment to this roadway.
The limits of this project extend from NM 14 southeast to Via Punto Nuevo, (approximately 1.3 miles).
Weather permitting, the current asphalt patching will continue through Tuesday, May 17, 2016 beginning daily at 7 a.m. and concluding by 3:30 p.m. Traffic control will be in place during the course of this work allowing for full access to commercial and residential properties along this route.
The pavement preservation treatment/chip seal surface will be installed by a Santa Fe County contractor beginning June 30, 2016 with work anticipated to last up to four days weather permitting
Santa Fe County would like to thank residents in advance for their continued patience, cooperation and use of caution in work zones, at all times. Please allow additional time to negotiate these work zones.
