Road Closure on County Road 54 (Los Pinos Road)

Santa Fe, NM -May 20, 2014 – Santa Fe County Public Works Department would like to notify residents of a road closure on a section of Los Pinos Road on Thursday, May 22 and Friday, May 23, 2014 to accommodate excavation work. The section of road that will be closed to vehicular traffic is Los Pinos Road (County Road 54 east of County Road 54B, the road to the La Cienega Transfer Station) and west of Loma del Tanque.

This section of road will be completely closed for the duration of the project which is expected to last up to two days weather permitting.

During the course of this construction the contractor will ensure that all properties in the immediate area of construction will be accessible at all times. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to seek an alternate route, expect a full detour and allow additional time to negotiate this work zone.
