Santa Fe County Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC) Seeking Members

Santa Fe County is seeking members for the Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC). Specifically, one member from Commission District 1 (Commission District represented by Commissioner Danny Mayfield), and one member from Commission District 3 (Commission District represented by Commissioner Robert Anaya). HPPC members are volunteers appointed by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to assist the county in engaging and eliciting community input regarding the healthcare needs of county residents, and assisting the BCC in studying and researching healthcare and related issues for the BCC.

Applicants should be of diverse backgrounds, representative of the varied experience with healthcare services, consumption of healthcare services and persons interested in health promotion, disease and behavioral health prevention, and the provision of healthcare.

The HPPC generally holds meetings the first Friday of each month at 9 a.m.

Anyone interested in being appointed to the HPPC should submit a letter of interest, resume, questionnaire, and conflict of interest form to the information below. Please call or send an email requesting questionnaire and conflict of interest. A background check will be required for all interested in serving on the HPPC.
