Santa Fe County Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC) Seeks Members
Santa Fe – January 10, 2011 – Santa Fe County is seeking citizens to serve on the Santa Fe County Health Policy and Planning Commission (HPPC). HPPC members are volunteers appointed by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to assist the county in engaging and eliciting community input regarding healthcare needs of county residents and assisting the BCC in studying and researching healthcare and related issues for the BCC.

Applicants should be of diverse backgrounds, representative of the varied experience with healthcare services, consumption of healthcare services and persons interested in health promotion, disease and behavioral health prevention, and the provision of healthcare.

The HPPC generally holds meetings during the workday on a monthly or quarterly basis.
