Santa Fe County Hosting Infrastructure and Capital Improvements Plan Meetings
Santa Fe – August 4, 2010 – Santa Fe County is hosting several Infrastructure and Capital Improvements Plan (ICIP) meetings to invite local community members to give the County suggestions for future capital improvement projects in their area. The meetings will help the County provide a list to submit to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration, who then compile a statewide list for the legislature, governor, and other funding agencies. The list of projects will be presented at the New Mexico State Legislature for consideration during the January 2011 legislative session. Projects included on the list will be eligible for funding beginning July 2011. The list includes project requests for a five year period, July 2011 to June 2015 (Fiscal Years 2012-2016).

Roads
Sidewalks
Curbs
Gutters Bridges
Sanitary Wastewater Collection and Treatment
Housing
Storm and Surface Water Control
Water Quality, Supply, Treatment and Distribution
Water Rights and Protection
Parks and Trails
Land and Site Acquisition
Community Service Facilities
Planning and Design
Renovation
Equipment (over $5,000.00)
Meeting dates are for projects to be included in Fiscal Year 2012-2016 ICIP.
All meetings will start at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 4 - Edgewood Area - Edgewood Fire Station
Thursday, August 5 - Galisteo Community - Galisteo Community Center
Wednesday, August 11 - Pojoaque Valley Area - Pojoaque Satellite Office
Thursday, August 12 - Northern County Area - Marcos Trujillo Teen Center
Wednesday, August 18 - La Cienega Area - La Cienega Community Center
Thursday, August 19 - Rancho Viejo Area - County Fairgrounds/Large Annex
