Santa Fe County is Seeking Citizens to Serve on the Santa Fe County DWI Planning Council (DWIPC)

Santa Fe, NM – February 15, 2013 - Santa Fe County is seeking community members with a background in law enforcement, emergency services, media, or courts/judicial to serve on the DWI Planning Council. Members are volunteers appointed by the Santa Fe Board of County Commissioners (BCC).

Anyone interested in being appointed to the DWI Planning Council must attend at least two DWI Planning Council meetings in order to be eligible to be recommended for appointment. The meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. at 2052 Galisteo Street, Suite B Conference Room. The next meetings are scheduled for March 14 and April 11, 2013.

A background check will be required for all applicants chosen to serve on the DWIPC.

Anyone interested in being appointed to the DWIPC should submit a letter of interest, resume, questionnaire, and conflict of interest form (please call or send an email requesting questionnaire and conflict of interest form) to:
