Santa Fe County is Still Accepting Public Comment for UDV Temple Public Hearing
Santa Fe – April 25, 2011- Santa Fe County is still accepting public comment on the land use hearing regarding the Centro Espirita Beneficente Uniao do Vegetal (UDV Temple). The hearing is scheduled during the June 14, 2011 Board of County Commission (BCC) regular meeting at approximately 5 p.m. Public testimony on this case will be allowed at this hearing.
The UDV Temple property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Arroyo Hondo Road (CR58) and Brass Horse Road (CR 58C) at 5 Brass Horse Road, within Section 13, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, (Commission District 4).
In order for written public comments regarding this case to be effectively addressed in the staff report written comments must be received by Friday, April 29, 2011 at 5 p.m. Please note that all correspondence already received from the public has been incorporated to the packet that the BCC will receive.
