Santa Fe County Mobile Health Van Offers
Free Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure Testing in April

Santa Fe – April 1, 2010 – The Santa Fe County Mobile Health Van will begin Free Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure Testing April 1, 2010. This test can help identify if you are at risk for diabetes. You can also get health information in English and Spanish. The Mobile Health Van can also identify where to go for low-cost or no-cost medical, dental, and behavioral health care in Santa Fe County.
Residents can also receive a Santa Fe County Discount Drug Card free for any Santa Fe County resident.

Thursday, April 1, Somos Unidos, 1804 Espinacitas Street, from 10am-3pm
Monday, April 5, Ventana de Vida Senior Center, 1500 Pacheco St, from 10am-3pm
Tuesday, April 6, Pasatiempo Senior Center, 664 Alta Vista St., from 10am-3pm
Wednesday, April 7, Ken and Patty Adam Senior Center, 1 Hacienda Loop, from 10am-2pm
Thursday, April 8, Mary Esther Gonzales Center, 1121 Alto St., from 10am-3pm
