Santa Fe County Road Construction to Begin on March 23 in Carlson Subdivision
Santa Fe County will begin road work to reclaim and overlay various county maintained roads (see full list below) in the Carlson Subdivision (located off the east frontage road, south of The Downs) with a new two inch hot mix asphalt surface. This road construction is scheduled to begin Monday, March 23, 2015 and weather permitting is scheduled to be completed within six weeks, extending through Monday, May 4, 2015.
Work will be done Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The following roads are scheduled for the noted improvements:
• Eliza Road
• Louis Road
• Josephine Road
• Emily Road
• Carlson Road
• Otto Road
Traffic control will be in place during the course of this work and will include intermittent lane closures. Residents will have access to their properties at all times.
